Entry-Level File Clerk / Receptionist
Law Firm – In-Office Position

Location: Chattanooga, TN 37419
Employment Type: Full-Time
Pay Rate: $11.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Work Setting: In Person (Not Remote)

Position Overview

We are seeking a reliable, organized, and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a File Clerk / Receptionist. This is a permanent, full-time entry-level position offering an excellent opportunity for someone interested in building a career in office administration within a legal environment. Training will be provided for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities

File, organize, and maintain physical and electronic records
Perform accurate data entry and update client and case records
Assist with the preparation and processing of legal documents
Answer and direct incoming telephone calls professionally and courteously
Provide general clerical and administrative support as needed
Help maintain an organized and efficient office environment

Qualifications

Strong organizational and time-management skills
High attention to detail and accuracy
Dependable, professional, and self-motivated
Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills
Basic computer and mathematical proficiency
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced office setting

Experience

No prior experience required
On-the-job training provided
