Summary:

As the Front Desk Receptionist, you will be the face of our company as you greet our customers and perform various clerical tasks. The ideal candidate will have a friendly demeanor, strong organizational skills, and an eagerness to assist customers. Join us in driving the success of our company, fostering a positive workplace, and contributing to the growth of our company.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Serve visitors by greeting and directing them appropriately.
Notify relevant employees when visitors arrive.
Collaborate with security regarding visitor badging and the testing and maintenance of the alarm systems.
Answer and direct all phone calls.
Receive, sort, and distribute mail daily.
Support recruitment efforts.
Provide administrative support to team members as necessary.
Support various departments as needed.
Organize the reception area while complying with the office procedures and regulations.

Other duties may be assigned.

Qualifications:

Customer-focused.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
High level of professionalism and courtesy.
Good telephone communication etiquette.
Excellent time management skills.
Ability to multi-task.
Great attention to detail.

Education and Experience:

High school diploma or general education diploma (GED).
Prior experience with Microsoft Office and typing.
Familiarity with multi-line telephone systems.
Experience in recruiting and applicant tracking systems strongly preferred.
Experience in a similar role strongly preferred.
