Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Secretary to join our team and support our daily administrative operations. We need someone with accounting experience as well. The ideal candidate will be the backbone of our office, ensuring smooth communication, efficient scheduling, and accurate record-keeping. Duties

Manage front desk operations, greeting visitors and directing them appropriately with professional phone etiquette.
Operate multi-line phone systems to handle incoming calls efficiently and route messages accurately.
Maintain calendar management by scheduling appointments, meetings, and conferences with precision.
Perform data entry tasks using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and other office software to keep records up-to-date.
Handle filing, proofreading documents, and organizing office supplies to ensure a clutter-free workspace.
Provide customer support by addressing inquiries promptly and professionally via phone or email.
Assist with bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks and support basic office management activities to streamline daily operations.

Skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace applications.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage time efficiently.
Excellent typing speed coupled with keen proofreading abilities for accurate document preparation.
Experience with office management systems, data entry, filing, and clerical procedures.
Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse client needs effectively.
Knowledge of medical or dental receptionist duties is a plus for specialized roles.
