Job Title: Line Cook

Job Type: Full-Time with open availability

Line Cook Position Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Line Cook to join our culinary team at a prestigious private club. The ideal candidate will have a passion for excellence, attention to detail, and experience in high-end or fine dining environments. You will be responsible for preparing and executing high-quality dishes in a fast-paced, clean, and professional kitchen setting, while maintaining the club’s elevated standards of service and presentation.

Line Cook Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes, presentation standards, and quality expectations
Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies before service
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations
Ensure food is prepared in a timely manner for member satisfaction and smooth service flow
Follow proper food handling, sanitation, and safety procedures in compliance with health regulations
Collaborate with the culinary team to execute private events, daily service, and seasonal menus
Maintain consistent portion control and food quality
Communicate effectively with chefs and service staff
Assist with inventory, receiving deliveries, and proper storage of ingredients
Perform opening, closing, and side duties as required

Line Cook Qualifications:

2+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a fine dining, private club, or upscale restaurant
Culinary degree or formal training is a plus, but not required
Strong knowledge of cooking methods, kitchen equipment, and safety protocols
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Excellent time management and organizational skills
*Able to carry 50lbs or lift multiple times a day. Will need to be able to stand on your feet for 8+ hours
*Full Time open availability required.
Flexibility to work overtime, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
ServSafe or food handler certification
