Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Bookkeeper/Administrative Assistant to join our team! This role is vital in maintaining accurate financial records while providing exceptional administrative support to ensure smooth office operations. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, possess strong organizational skills, and enjoy multitasking, this opportunity is perfect for you. You will play a key role in managing bookkeeping tasks, supporting client communication, and handling daily office responsibilities with enthusiasm and professionalism.

Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day bookkeeping using QuickBooks, including invoicing, accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank deposits
Handle incoming calls via multi-line phone systems with professionalism and courtesy
Assist with office management duties such as scheduling appointments, organizing files, and maintaining office supplies
Support client communication through phone, email, and in-person interactions, ensuring excellent customer service
Perform data entry tasks with precision, accuracy and detail
Provide scheduling support during busy seasons and/or while main scheduler is out of office

Requirements

Proven experience with QuickBooks and strong computer literacy across Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook
Prior administrative experience in a professional setting
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
Strong familiarity with data entry processes to ensure accuracy and efficiency
Exceptional customer service skills combined with professional phone communication techniques
Knowledge of clerical procedures such as file management
