Overview

BROTHERS GENERAL CONSTRUCTION & PAINTING, LLC. is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Construction Project Coordinator to support daily construction, renovation, and painting operations. This role is responsible for coordinating project schedules, communicating with customers and field teams, managing project documentation, and ensuring smooth execution of residential and commercial improvement projects. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced construction environment.

Responsibilities

Coordinate daily construction and painting project activities from planning through completion
Schedule crews, subcontractors, material deliveries, inspections, and project milestones
Communicate with customers regarding project timelines, updates, service details, and expectations
Maintain accurate project documentation, contracts, estimates, work orders, invoices, and reports
Track project progress and assist with ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met
Coordinate purchasing and delivery of construction materials, paint, tools, and jobsite supplies
Maintain records of equipment, inventory, and project resources
Support preparation of estimates, proposals, and customer documentation
Coordinate communication between office staff, painters, contractors, vendors, and field teams
Ensure compliance with company safety procedures, quality requirements, and construction standards

Requirements

Previous experience in construction, painting, remodeling, project coordination, or customer service preferred
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Excellent communication and customer relationship management abilities
Ability to manage multiple projects, schedules, and deadlines simultaneously
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
Strong attention to detail and accurate documentation skills
Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with field teams

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with construction management software, scheduling tools, or CRM systems
Knowledge of residential and commercial construction processes
Familiarity with painting projects, renovation workflows, and material coordination
Experience with estimating software and project tracking platforms is a plus
Understanding of OSHA safety standards and construction industry practices
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Business Administration, Operations, or related field preferred
