Compensation: Competitive base salary + aggressive commission/bonus structure based on performance (uncapped earning potential)

Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced, results-driven Finance Manager for our business office. In this key role, you will oversee all purchase transactions with new/existing riders, drive revenue growth, and deliver exceptional customer experiences that keep riders coming back.

Key Responsibilities

Work within the sales department as needed - Work the floor, facilitate finance/cash purchases for customers, help out wherever is needed.
Set and achieve aggressive monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for new and used motorcycle coverages/protection.
Assist throughout the entire sales process from greeting to delivery, ensuring adherence to Harley-Davidson’s customer satisfaction standards
Manage/accelerate gross profit margins
Constant self-improvement/training to help maximize F&I penetration and overall deal profitability
Monitor and assist to help build a consistent, efficient sales process
Foster a positive, team-oriented, and accountable dealership culture

Qualifications & Requirements

Strong history in a powersports, automotive, or dealership environment
Deep knowledge of the Harley-Davidson brand and motorcycle industry preferred
Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales and profitability goals
Strong leadership and people-development skills with the ability to motivate a team
Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing abilities
Experience with dealership management systems (DMS) and sales reporting tools
High energy, positive attitude, and a genuine passion for motorcycles and customer service
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and the ability to obtain a motorcycle endorsement
Harley-Davidson sales or management training/certification a plus
Willingness to do whatever is needed to help the sales team achieve goals
