Licensed Pharmacy Technician

Location: Chester, CA
Position: Full-Time
Compensation: Competitive, based on experience

Lassen Drug is seeking a California Licensed Pharmacy Technician to join our team in Chester, CA. If you're a compassionate, detail-oriented professional who enjoys helping patients and thrives in a collaborative environment, we'd love to meet you.

As a locally owned, independent pharmacy, we're committed to providing exceptional patient care while building meaningful relationships within the communities we serve. Our Chester location offers the opportunity to make a real impact while working alongside a supportive, experienced team.

What You'll Do

Assist pharmacists in preparing and dispensing prescription medications
Accurately enter prescription information and process insurance claims
Maintain compliance with all state and federal pharmacy regulations
Manage inventory, receive orders, and restock medications and supplies
Provide outstanding customer service and assist patients with questions regarding prescriptions and medication pick-up
Work collaboratively with pharmacists and fellow team members to maintain an efficient workflow
Support medication synchronization and other patient care services

Qualifications

Current California Pharmacy Technician License (required)
National Pharmacy Technician Certification (PTCB) preferred, but not required
Previous retail pharmacy experience preferred
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Positive attitude and commitment to providing exceptional patient care
