Nakoa Kai Insurance Professionals is an established Allstate agency serving clients across the state of Hawaiʻi with offices on Hawaiʻi Island and Oʻahu We are selectively hiring an experienced, Property & Casualty–licensed Insurance Sales Agent to join our team in a fully remote capacity.

This role is open to professionals located anywhere in the United States who bring prior insurance sales experience, strong self-discipline, and a commitment to consistent performance. Whether you’re seeking full-time stability or a flexible schedule within business hours, this position is designed for the right fit.

What you’ll do

Manage and grow a personal book of business
Advise clients on appropriate insurance coverage and protection
Meet defined activity and performance expectations
Follow established sales, service, and compliance processes
Maintain strong retention through follow-up and relationship management
Communicate effectively with leadership and internal team members
Represent the agency with professionalism and integrity

This role is a great fit if you:

Hold a current Property & Casualty insurance license
Have a minimum of 1 year prior insurance sales experience (required)
Are comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment
Can manage time effectively within standard business hours
Take ownership of results and follow-through
Prefer a structured, professional agency over a high-churn sales shop
Are seeking long-term stability with performance-based growth

Compensation & Benefits

Base salary + uncapped commission (role- and schedule-dependent)
