The Company

Main Line Gardens is one of the premier family-owned garden centers in the Main Line suburban area. We have a long history of serving residential and commercial clients in the area since 1981. Our large nursery offers a selection of trees, shrubs, annuals and perennial flowers. We are architects of beautiful, functional outdoor living spaces that provide a lifetime of enjoyment.

The Location – Malvern, PA

You have direct experience in plant, tree and shrub knowledge

Must have a professional, client-facing demeanor to work with customers, do estimates and follow-ups to ensure client satisfaction (residential preferred). This role is critical in driving new and existing revenue and working in close collaboration with the President and our valued customers.

PURPOSE:

Working with the Owners and Finance on a daily basis to produce clear, scaled plans and concept sketches for new and existing client landscape design. This role requires customer meetings, fast turnaround on design and proposals as well as regular tracking and follow-up.

Requirements:

A valid driver's license, or reliable transportation to work.
Hardworking and motivated
Punctual, attention to detail and dependability are necessary
Excellent listening and organizational skills a must
Be able to perform duties 8+ hours a day 5 days a week

Responsibilities

Design and develop landscape plans that incorporate hardscape elements and sustainable practices.
Utilize software for drafting and visualizing projects.
Manage project timelines and budgets
Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and requirements.
Conduct site assessments to be able to finish scoping and launch of the design, as well as followup to ensure closure of the project with the customer.
Maintain effective communication with owners, contractors and team members throughout the project lifecycle.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
