Full Job Description

The Avondale Office of Sweet & Paciorek, LLC is looking for a Bi-lingual Front Desk Coordinator. We are a fast-paced, community oriented immigration law office looking for a new dedicated member of our team. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented and will have experience greeting clients, taking and documenting client payments, serving as a back up for our main phone receptionist, documenting client messages, managing a calendar, and working with the Google office platform and Microsoft Office. Position reports to the Business Operations Manager. 40 hours per week in office. No weekend hours, but does require working until 7PM on Mondays and Thursdays. Benefits include paid time off accrued by pay period. Position is also eligible for employer-contributed retirement plan and health insurance stipend after one year of employment. Spanish/English language ability (speaking, reading, and writing) is required. On-the-job training by current receptionist will be provided.
