Full Job Description

We are excited that you are interested in joining our team! The ideal candidate will share our passion for all things brunch and commitment to providing exceptional customer service, ensuring the delivery of delightful beverages and tasty food in a timely manner. As a Server / FOH Member at Pink Willow Café, you will also play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the café, as well as restocking supplies and running orders to tables when needed. We are looking for an individual who is friendly, outgoing, and possesses a positive attitude. - Competitive hourly wages (average is $20 - $30/hour with tips). Please note that this position is ideal for 18 years and up. Please also note that you will be cross trained on all front of house roles (serving, barista, etc.). There are additional employee perks that will be discussed further in the interview.

We are currently looking for weekends (Both Saturday and Sunday) and one to two weekday shifts.

As a Front of House Team Member, you will be expected to be able to complete different roles such as, but not limited to:
- Barista
- Serving
- Bussing
- Food and Drink Runner
- Bartending (Must be 21+ years old)

Responsibilities will be such as, but not limited to:
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting and assisting guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Take food orders and accurately enter them into the POS system
- Prepare and serve food items according to established recipes and quality standards
- Handle credit card transactions and process credit card payments
- Maintain a clean and organized front of house area, including dining tables, condiment stations, and restrooms
- Assist with inventory management, including restocking supplies and monitoring stock levels
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe dining experience for guests
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and efficient service
- Give customers menus and answer any questions they have
- Prepare and serve beverages and food items in an orderly time
- Comply with health and safety regulations
- Communicate customer feedback to managers and recommend any new menu items (both food and drinks)
- Able to use coffee equipment, such as an espresso machine, properly
- Ability to dial in espresso shots

Requirements:
- Previous experience in a food service role is preferred
- Strong communication skills and the ability to interact with a diverse range of customers
- Knowledge of food handling procedures and food safety regulations
- Basic math skills for cash handling and retail calculations
- Familiarity with Toast POS or similar point-of-sale systems is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays

Hours of Operation:
Monday and Tuesday: Closed
Wednesday - Sunday: 8am-3pm
