Full Job Description

The Cosmetic Brand Leader is responsible for driving sales performance, developing high-performing teams, and executing brand strategies within a retail environment. This role partners with store leadership and brand partners to deliver an exceptional customer experience, grow market share, and ensure operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Drive Sales & Business Performance
Achieve sales goals and key performance benchmarks aligned with company and brand strategies.
Develop and execute business plans based on retail calendars, promotional events, product launches, and store initiatives.
Increase market share and in-store penetration through strategic selling and client engagement.
Utilize clienteling tools to recruit new customers and build loyalty with existing clients.
Analyze key metrics (sales productivity, average transaction value, units per transaction, category performance) to identify opportunities and drive results.
Plan and execute in-store and regional events to generate sales and enhance customer engagement.
Implement cross-selling strategies to grow business across product categories.
Partner with store leadership to assess business trends, customer needs, and resource requirements.

Lead, Coach & Develop Talent

Recruit, interview, and hire top talent in partnership with store leadership.
Train and develop team members in service excellence, selling techniques, and product knowledge.
Set clear performance expectations and monitor progress against sales and service goals.
Provide ongoing coaching, feedback, and performance evaluations.
Support onboarding and continuous education to maintain a high-performing team.
Foster a culture of accountability, motivation, and professional growth.

Customer Experience & Brand Execution

Deliver a best-in-class customer experience that reflects brand standards and values.
Ensure consistent execution of visual merchandising, brand presentation, and in-store events.
Build strong customer relationships through personalized service and follow-up strategies.
Act as a brand ambassador, maintaining a high level of professionalism and product expertise.

Partnership & Communication

Collaborate with store leadership and brand partners to align on goals, strategies, and execution.
Communicate business results, insights, and opportunities to key stakeholders.
Stay informed on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
Manage resources effectively, including scheduling and budget considerations where applicable.

Qualifications

1+ year of retail, sales, or beauty industry experience preferred
Strong leadership and team development skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Proven ability to drive sales and achieve results
Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office or similar tools
Entrepreneurial mindset with a customer-first approach

*This is a full time, on-site position located at our Dillard's Store.

Location: 1400 Dell Range Blvd. Cheyenne, WY 82009

A high level of attendance is required as an essential function of this position.
