Full Job Description

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Pizza Prep Cook to join our team!

Daytime shift. 10 am - 5pm

The ideal candidate will have a passion for food preparation, knife skills, and experience in food safety and handling.

Prior experience in food service, restaurant operations, or the food industry is required.

Must be able to lift 100 lbs

Duties

Prepare pizza ingredients including dough, pizza sauce and cutting various veggies for toppings.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the prep station in compliance with food safety regulations
Answering phone calls and taking orders Using pos system.
Preparing pizza and salads to order.

Skills

HEAVY LIFTING. You MUST be able to lift large boxes and large amounts of pizza dough- up to 100 lbs.
Strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen safety standards
Excellent knife skills and familiarity with culinary tools and equipment
Background in food service or restaurant environments demonstrating reliability and teamwork
Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in a commercial kitchen setting
Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail
Good communication skills

This position is ideal for individuals passionate about culinary arts who want to grow their skills within a professional kitchen environment. Prior experience in the food industry, catering, or serving is advantageous for success in this role.
