TITLE: Treatment Coordinator — Help People Say Yes to Getting Their Life Back

Pay: $20 to $24/hour based on experience, plus performance bonus after 90 days
Location: This role works at both of our clinics. Windsor, CO on Mondays and Thursdays, Cheyenne, WY on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. You can live anywhere that makes that commute work, several of our team live in between.
Schedule: Full-time, four days.

If you're good at sales but tired of selling things that don't matter, read this.

Every week someone walks into our clinic in real pain. They've been told to live with it. Drugs, injections, maybe surgery, none of it worked. They're discouraged and they're skeptical.

You sit across from that person, find out what's really going on, and help them say yes to the care that gives them their life back.

Then you watch it happen. Six weeks later they're walking their dog again. That's the job.

Here's the honest part. Our care plans are five figures. You'll present those numbers, hear every objection in the book, and hold the conversation without flinching. You'll dig past what people say to what they actually mean. And when someone isn't right for our care, you'll tell them so, because knowing when to walk away is as much a skill as closing.

If "sales" and "asking for the money" make you uncomfortable, this isn't your job. We'd rather say that now.

But if you can close, and you've always wanted the thing you sell to actually change someone's life, this might be the best fit you'll ever find.

What you'll own:
- The consultation. Find the real need, not the stated one.
- The close. Present the plan, present the money, handle the pushback.
- The follow-up. Chase the maybes until they're a yes or an honest no.
- Your numbers. You track them, you present them weekly, and you're paid on them.

What you'll earn: $20 to $24 an hour depending on what you bring. After 90 days of training, a performance bonus tied to your own close rate. Not the clinic's. Yours. What you make is in your hands.

Who thrives here: Someone fast, direct, and warm. Someone who reads people quickly and isn't rattled by a hard conversation. Someone who wants to be trusted to run their own seat rather than be managed through it.

Who doesn't: Someone who needs a script, needs permission, or apologizes for the price.

If you've been a treatment coordinator, in medical or dental sales, or anywhere you've closed real deals face to face, you already know how to do most of this. We'll teach you the clinical side.
