Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Chef to lead our culinary team in delivering exceptional dining experiences. This role offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your culinary expertise, supervise kitchen operations, and manage food service in a fast-paced, hospitality-focused environment. As a key leader, you will oversee food preparation, menu planning, and ensure the highest standards of food safety and quality. Duties

Lead and supervise the culinary team, ensuring efficient kitchen operations and high-quality food production
Oversee menu planning, recipe development, and food presentation to align with fine dining standards
Manage inventory control, including ordering supplies, stock rotation, and minimizing waste
Ensure strict adherence to food safety regulations and proper handling procedures across all kitchen activities
Coordinate catering events and special functions, ensuring seamless execution from setup to service
Monitor shift management by assigning tasks, overseeing food preparation, and maintaining a smooth workflow
Train staff on culinary techniques, food handling, and customer service to foster a motivated team environment

Qualifications

Proven experience in banquet catering, fine dining, or restaurant management with a strong background in food production and kitchen operations
Supervising experience with demonstrated leadership skills in managing diverse teams in a hospitality setting
Extensive knowledge of dietary requirements, food safety standards, and inventory management practices
Hands-on experience with food preparation, cooking techniques, and menu planning in a fast-paced environment
Strong understanding of food service management including shift coordination and kitchen logistics
Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead by example and motivate staff effectively
Previous experience working in the food industry with a focus on culinary excellence and customer satisfaction
