This is an ideal role for someone who wants autonomy and control over their income.

What you'll do:
This is a full-time, on-site Sales Representative role located in Skokie, IL with travel required around the Chicagoland area (Lake County and Cook County). As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, conducting consultations with homeowners, and presenting tailored solutions. You will assist customers throughout their purchasing journey, ensuring a positive and seamless experience. Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients will be a key focus in achieving sales targets.

Meet homeowners in their homes and/or our showroom to consult on door replacement projects
Confidently present our unique door replacement process and product offerings
Build rapport, identify homeowner needs, and guide them toward the best solution
Follow up consistently and professionally with all assigned leads
Ask for the close- respectfully, confidently and clearly
Deliver a smooth, stress-free experience from first appointment through sale through installation
Communicate clearly with the office and installation team to ensure excellent customer experience

This role requires flexibility:
Our clients are busy homeowners - so flexibility is essential.
You must be available for:

Evenings
Early mornings
Weekends

This schedule flexibility is a key driver of higher earnings!

Who we are looking for:
This role is NOT for everyone. It is for someone who:

Has proven success in sales, ideally in home improvement or in-home sales
Is comfortable with 100% commission compensation
Is motivated, disciplined, and willing to do the work
Follows up, stays organized, and manages their pipeline
Believes in consultative selling, not pressure tactics
Is confident in asking for the close
Takes pride in delivering excellent customer service

Experience we value:

In-home sales (doors, windows, kitchens, baths, flooring, roofing, etc.)
Home improvement or construction-adjacent sales
Relationship-based or consultative sales roles
CRM or lead management experience
