Full Job Description

Nursing degree, active registered nurse (RN) license and minimum 1+ years ICU RN experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Deliver critical care alongside a dedicated interdisciplinary team as an ICU Registered Nurse. This contract opportunity invites you to make a profound impact on patient outcomes in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Use your clinical expertise to deliver exceptional care to patients with complex, life-threatening conditions.

Qualifications & Experience:

Current and unrestricted RN license
Minimum of one year of recent ICU nursing experience
Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification required
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
Strong assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills
Comfortable working with advanced monitoring equipment and life-support technology
Ability to adapt quickly and prioritize patient needs in high-pressure situations

Responsibilities:

Deliver comprehensive nursing care to critically ill patients, continuously monitoring vital signs and responses to treatment
Collaborate with physicians and healthcare professionals to create and implement care plans
Administer medications, operate complex medical equipment, and provide interventions as needed
Educate and support patients and families, offering clear communication during difficult circumstances
Document all care accurately and thoroughly
Uphold strict infection prevention standards and safety protocols
Participate in emergency interventions, including code situations
