ABOUT THE ROLE
IntelliSource is seeking a dependable and safety-focused Warehouse Associate to support day-to-day operations at a fast-paced distribution facility. Opportunities include Receiving, Unloading, Processing, Order Filling, Inventory Movement, and Shipping. This position plays a vital role in ensuring products move efficiently through the distribution center, helping maintain a smooth supply chain operation and deliver the products customers rely on every day.
The ideal candidate is safety-focused, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. This position may also assist with additional facility-related responsibilities as assigned.
Contract Duration: Immediate start through an estimated date on or around December 31, 2026 with final dates based on business demands.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

Safely and efficiently move merchandise throughout the distribution center in accordance with company, customer, local, state, and federal requirements.

Unload inbound trailers and containers using proper lifting techniques and equipment.

Sort, stage, and process merchandise for storage or shipment.

Accurately select and fill store and customer orders by locating, selecting, and verifying products using RF scanners or warehouse management systems.

Load outbound trailers to ensure timely delivery to stores.

Inspect products for damage and verify quantities received and shipped.
-
Pack and prepare shipments according to company standards, ensuring products are secure, correctly labeled, and ready for transportation.

Maintain inventory accuracy by performing quality checks, reporting discrepancies, and following established warehouse procedures.

Meet daily productivity, attendance, and safety goals while working in a fast-paced environment.

Immediately report unsafe working conditions, damaged equipment, damaged products, accidents, or improper procedures to management.

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

Communicate clearly and professionally with associates, supervisors, customers, suppliers, and other operational partners.

Follow established procedures while using sound judgment to resolve routine operational issues.

Adapt to changing work demands, assignments, and facility priorities.

Complete additional job-related duties throughout the facility as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

Must be able to successfully complete a background check and drug screen and provide proof of authorization to work in the US.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a distribution center, fulfillment center, warehouse, or manufacturing environment.

Experience with RF scanners or warehouse management systems.

Experience in receiving, order filling, or shipping functions.

Familiarity with inventory-tracking or quality-check procedures.
PHYSICAL & WORK ENVIRONMENT REQUIREMENTS
The employee must be able to perform the essential functions of the position with or without reasonable accommodation, including:

Walk 8 to 10 miles a day and remain on feet for long periods of time.

Frequently lift, carry, push, and pull merchandise that may weigh up to 50 pounds or more.

Stand, walk, bend, twist, reach, and climb for extended periods throughout the shift.

Perform repetitive physical movements and continuous activity during scheduled work hours.

Visually inspect products, documentation, and surrounding work area conditions.

Read printed and electronic information, including information displayed in small print.

Enter, locate, and update information using a computer, RF scanner, or mobile device.

Work in various warehouse environments, including hot, cold, humid, or non-climate-controlled conditions.

Work around moving equipment, vehicles, dock equipment, and powered industrial equipment.

Shift could be days, evenings, overnight shifts, weekends, holidays, or overtime based on operational needs.

Because this is a safety-sensitive position, job offers extended to candidates will be contingent on your ability to successfully clear post-offer criminal background screening and drug testing. Qualified Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States. Documentary evidence of your identity and eligibility for employment in the United States must be provided within three (3) business days of your start date.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

Competitive hourly rate commensurate with market benchmarks.

Hourly rate of $19 - 22/hr (based on experience and geographic area) + overtime potential.
