Full Job Description

Therapist/ Counselor
Chicago, IL | Hybrid

MARRA is a mental health studio in Chicago's River West neighborhood built on a simple belief: great therapy doesn't happen in isolation, for clients or clinicians. We've created something intentionally different from the traditional group practice model: a beautifully designed, fully supported space where therapists can do their best work without burning out doing everything else.

We're growing and looking for a licensed clinician who's ready to build a meaningful caseload in a place that actually has your back.

Most practices hand you a login and wish you luck. We don't do that. At MARRA you get a consistent referral pipeline (including couples), a dedicated admin team handling front and back of house, ongoing clinical consultation, and a culture that takes sustainability seriously. You focus on clients. We handle the rest.

Who We’re Looking For:

A licensed clinician (LCSW, LCPC, LMFT, LSW, LPC, PsyD, or PhD) who:

Is drawn to couples work, experience is a plus, genuine interest is a must
Has a clinical niche or specialty (trauma, anxiety, addiction, grief, sex therapy, etc.)
Wants to be part of a team, not just a solo practitioner in a shared space
Brings at least 3 years of post-licensure experience
Is based in or near Chicago and available for a hybrid schedule

The role

Full-time: ~25 sessions/week | Part-time: ~18 sessions/week
Hybrid — in-person at our River West studio + telehealth flexibility
Two evenings per week availability required (or one evening + one weekend block)
Participation in staff meetings and group consultation
