As an Accounting Manager, you will play a key role in shaping and overseeing accounting operations, driving business growth, and partnering closely with senior leadership within a dynamic transportation and logistics organization.

Main responsibilities:

Provide leadership and guidance to the accounting team, supporting their professional growth and continuous development;
Supervise AP, AR, Billing and Payroll processes;
Oversee financial reporting and ensure accuracy of accounting records;
Coordinate with tax accountants, auditors, and external financial partners;
Ensure compliance with authorities, regulations, and internal accounting policies;
Collaborate with department heads across the business to align budgets, forecasts, and spending decisions with actual financial performance;
Monitor accounting workflows and help to improve internal processes;
Support month-end and year-end closing processes;
Handle other accounting-related tasks as needed.

Requirements:

5+ years of previous experience in accounting, finance, or a similar role;
Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field;
Hands-on experience with financial reporting, AP, AR, Billing, Payroll and compliance processes;
Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking;
Good organizational and communication skills;
CPA certification would be a plus;
Willingness to learn and develop professionally.
