Full time
Monday-Friday days with 24/7 accountability to an inpatient unit

What You Will Do

Lead clinical quality, safety, and performance improvement initiatives to achieve system goals, improve outcomes, ensure regulatory compliance, and advance evidence-based practice.
Develop departmental strategies, policies, competency programs, and annual goals while partnering with physicians and clinical leaders to drive continuous improvement.
Oversee operational and financial performance, including budgeting, productivity, resource allocation, cost containment, and achievement of financial targets.
Champion an exceptional patient experience through patient satisfaction initiatives, service recovery, rounding, and implementation of customer-focused process improvements.
Build, mentor, and engage high-performing leadership teams through coaching, professional development, performance management, recruitment, and shared governance principles.
Drive strategic growth by developing new programs, expanding services, strengthening internal and external partnerships, and supporting market growth objectives.
Foster strong physician relationships through collaboration on service line growth, evidence-based practice, operational improvements, protocol development, and engagement initiatives.

What We Are Looking For

Graduation from approved School of Nursing
Current RN Licensure in State of Illinois
3-5 years of experience in specialty area
Management development training with progressive supervisory assignments.
BSN minimum
Management experience: 2-3 years
Board Certification within two years of hire.
Annual requirement of 10 CEUs
