Full Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Business Office Manager to join our team! As the Business Office Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation of our administrative functions and financial processes. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a dynamic and growing healthcare organization.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of the business office, including billing, accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll, and general administrative tasks.
- Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with other departments and team members to develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and financial performance.
- Prepare financial reports, budgets, and forecasts to support decision-making processes.
- Stay current on industry trends, regulations, and best practices to ensure compliance and operational excellence.

Qualifications:

- 1 or more years in a Healthcare Business Office setting.

- Understanding and ability to promptly use PCC software, various insurance portals, Medicare, Medicaid, balancing petty cash.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Finance, or a related field, is preferred.
- Proven experience as a Business Office Manager or similar role in a healthcare setting.
- Strong knowledge of billing, insurance claims, and reimbursement processes.
- Proficient in using accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance requirements is preferred.
