Job Title: Front Desk/Order Specialist

Job Type: Part-Time with potential to become Full-Time

Job Summary: As the Front Desk/Order Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service and support. In addition to handling front desk responsibilities, you will assist with order processing and administrative tasks. Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop is a significant advantage, as you may be involved in creating and editing visual content as part of your role.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist clients and visitors with a professional and friendly demeanor.
Manage front desk operations including answering phones, directing inquiries, and scheduling appointments.
Process and track customer orders with accuracy and attention to detail.
Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
Utilize Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop to create or modify visual content as needed.
Perform general administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and document management.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration are a plus.
Previous experience in a front desk or customer service role preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop is a huge plus.

Pay rate would start @$20 p/hrHours/ schedule are flexible.Needed asap

Pay: $20.00 - $29.92 per hour
