Full Job Description

UBEO Business Services, the premier provider of business technology products and services, is seeking to hire a Software Renewals Coordinator to join our team in Chico, CA!

UBEO is a distributor/servicer of document equipment and software solutions. Primary products include Canon, Ricoh, Xerox and Konica Minolta multi-functional equipment and Kyocera printers. UBEO specializes in electronic document management software and integrations.

Department: ProIT
Reports To: Software Renewals Manager
FLSA Status: Full-Time / Non-Exempt

Purpose

The Software Renewals Coordinator will be responsible for software and support contract renewals. They will need to understand the products and the various support models and be able to articulate and educate our customers when they have questions. Many of the processes are prescriptive but this position demands critical thinking skills and independent decision making. There is often interaction with internal sales representatives, sales management, administrative staff, and our vendor contacts as well. A can-do solution finding attitude is a must, and creative problem solving is encouraged.

Responsibilities

Software renewals (ECM and MFP Solutions)
Review previous quote and any contract changes
Create new quote and send to customer via DocuSign
Answer customer questions
Escalate threatened renewals
Process customer requests for additional licensing (Laserfiche primarily)
Audit block of time usage (ECM and MFP Solutions)
Prepare and send reports for monthly usage to Block of Time customers
Send replenishment quotes
Escalate expired BOT to Sales Management
Onboard UBEO acquisitions
Identify and contribute to continuous improvement efforts to reduce costs or increase productivity without reducing effectiveness.
Maintain an open and candid working relationship with the immediate manager in discussing matters of importance.
Adhere to established company values, practices, policies, and procedures at all times. Follow and support compliance with all applicable safety rules, laws, regulations, and standards.
Other duties as assigned by management.
