More products means more closed deals. Most solar companies hand you one or two financing options and wish you luck. WHS offers cash, loan, HELOC, CT Green Bank, lease, prepaid lease, roof lease, and PPA. When a customer doesn't qualify for one product, you don't lose the deal — you pivot. That's money left on the table at your last company that you'd be closing here.

What You'll Do

Run in-home consultations and close your own deals
Generate and manage your own pipeline in CT and MA territories
Match customers to the right financing product — we'll train you on the full stack
Work alongside a team that installs what you sell

What We're Looking For

1+ year of solar, in-home, or D2D sales experience
Proven closer who knows how to generate and work a pipeline
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Willing to work evenings and weekends
CT or MA based, or willing to work these markets
