Full Job Description

FRC is an outpatient facility offering PHP and IOP services for those looking for support with primary mental health challenges and/or dual diagnosis.

Job Overview
The Therapist position is responsible for meeting with clients, managing a caseload, and conducting group lectures and individual sessions. This highly trained mental health professional assists clients and families with relationship, behavioral, trauma, and grief issues, aiming to find long-term solutions to various mental and emotional disorders. Additionally, you will oversee the general daily operations of the program, including managing support staff, maintenance tasks, and administrative responsibilities.

Responsibilities
- Maintain an effective clinical organizational structure, delegate appropriate authority, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to assess client needs, develop treatment plans, and monitor progress.
- Collaborate with clinicians to obtain necessary clinical documentation and modify treatment approaches.
- Monitor patient charts, conduct peer reviews, provide clinical supervision for therapists, counselors, and mental health professionals, and develop/implement clinical programs and treatment plans for clients while conducting regular assessments of client progress and adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
- Foster positive relationships with clients and staff, creating a welcoming, safe, and friendly environment that encourages teamwork, professional development, and collaboration.
- Demonstrate clinical expertise by providing oversight, leadership, and guidance to promote a positive work environment.

Preferred Qualifications
- Current state licensure as a therapist (e.g., LCSW, LPCC LMFT) preferred; will consider Associates with active and current BBS number.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
- Skilled in handling multiple priorities in fast-paced settings.
- Strong understanding of evidence-based therapeutic approaches (experience working with men's mental health and substance use disorders preferred).

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
