Full Job Description

Company: Wash-Dry-Fold POS Inc.
Location: Oklahoma Residency Required
Job type: Full-time
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. Central
Compensation: $40,000
Training: Initial in-person training in the Tulsa area

We are looking for a Sales & Marketing Specialist who can communicate effectively with prospective customers, understand and improve our complete sales funnel, and use AI and automation tools to build better sales processes.

This is not a traditional sales position where every day is spent making calls. It is also not a traditional marketing position focused primarily on social media, graphic design, or content creation.

The role combines three primary responsibilities:

Conducting consultative sales conversations
Understanding and improving the complete sales funnel
Building practical tools and automations using AI-assisted coding

Some weeks may include several scheduled sales calls by Zoom or a similar platform. During lighter sales weeks, the position will focus more heavily on improving lead qualification and follow-up, researching prospects, analyzing the funnel, and building tools that help the company sell more effectively.

The central goal is simple:

Help us convert more qualified prospects into customers while making our sales process more effective, measurable, and scalable.

What a Typical Week May Include

40% consultative sales conversations and follow-up
40% sales-funnel improvement, AI tools, and vibe coding
10% creative problem-solving and special projects
10% sales administration and coordination

The exact mix will vary based on sales volume and current priorities.

Key ResponsibilitiesSales Conversations

Conduct scheduled sales calls with prospective customers
Ask thoughtful questions to understand each prospect’s business, needs, and purchasing timeline
Explain our company, product, pricing, and competitive advantages
Answer questions and address objections
Help qualified prospects determine whether Wash-Dry-Fold POS is a good fit
Follow up consistently and guide prospects through the purchasing process
Maintain accurate notes, next steps, and opportunity status

Our sales process is consultative and educational rather than scripted or high-pressure. Product features are generally shown through existing videos and materials. The salesperson’s role is to understand the prospect, tell the company’s story, explain value and pricing, and help the customer make an informed decision.

Sales-Funnel Improvement

Understand the full customer journey from initial inquiry through signed customer
Improve lead qualification, prioritization, scoring, and follow-up
Identify where prospects are being lost or delayed
Analyze lead quality, conversion rates, sales-cycle length, and common objections
Recommend and test improvements to the sales process
Help ensure qualified opportunities receive timely and consistent attention
Document processes so the funnel can be measured and improved over time

AI Tools and Automation

Use AI-assisted coding and automation tools to solve practical sales and marketing problems
Build simple internal tools, workflows, dashboards, and prototypes
Improve prospect research and preparation before sales calls
Automate repetitive research, follow-up, reporting, and administrative work
Experiment with new AI, sales, and productivity tools
Work with our development team when a useful prototype requires additional technical support

Professional software-development experience is not required. We are looking for someone who is technically curious, learns quickly, and can use modern tools to create practical solutions.

Required Qualifications

Must currently reside in Oklahoma
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Comfortable speaking with business owners over Zoom
Able to ask effective questions, explain pricing, and respond to objections
Experience using ChatGPT, Claude, or comparable AI tools
Interest in AI-assisted coding, automation, and process improvement
Strong organizational and analytical skills
Able to learn unfamiliar software quickly
Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of projects
Willing to question inefficient processes and propose better alternatives
Available Monday–Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Central
Able to attend initial in-person training in the Tulsa area

Preferred Experience

Experience in one or more of the following areas is helpful but not required:

Consultative or B2B sales
SaaS or technology
Sales or marketing operations
Customer success
Lead qualification and funnel analysis
AI-assisted coding or vibe coding
Low-code or no-code automation
CRM systems
Data analysis and reporting
Working for a startup or small business

A specific degree is not required. We care more about communication ability, curiosity, initiative, judgment, and demonstrated problem-solving.
