We hand you the pipeline. You go close it.

Most commission-only sales jobs give you a list and a prayer.

Here's what we give you: Hundreds of quality leads each month. Real projects. Real general contractors. People holding our proposal right now, waiting for somebody to follow up.

We close more than half of the ones we actually reach. We have too many leads to call

That's your job. Seven hundred contractors a month with our bid in hand and nobody calling them. You're not building a pipeline — you're taking one that already exists and turning it into money.

WHY SAN DIEGO IS THE BEST TERRITORY WE HAVE

California has the strictest stormwater rules in the country. Every qualifying project needs a SWPPP developed by a Qualified SWPPP Developer and inspections signed by a QSP — and San Diego layers its own municipal stormwater standards on top of the state permit. Most contractors don't have anyone who understands it and don't want to think about it.

We have the QSD and the CPESC on staff. You never need a license, never write a plan, never sign an inspection. You sell — we handle every piece of the technical work behind you.

That's a moat. Your competition here is firms that don't return phone calls. You will.

HOW YOU GET PAID

7% of ALL revenue on every account you close. Not just the first sale — the plan fee AND every inspection invoice, every month, for as long as that account is active.

This is the part people underestimate. A construction project inspects for months. Close an account in March and it's still paying you next year, while you're closing new ones on top of it. Your income compounds instead of resetting on the first of every month.

Hit your book target and the rate goes to 10% — retroactive to the first dollar of that year, paid as a true-up. Not going forward. All of it.

Uncapped. No ceiling, no quota cap, no rate cut for a big month.

Your first quarter is lean. You're building a book from zero, and 7% of a small book is a small number. We're not going to pretend otherwise.

What we do about it: you start with a set of existing accounts in your territory earning from day one, plus a bonus on every new account you close, paid on first collection. That carries you through the ramp. By month twelve a rep working this pipeline seriously is carrying a book that pays them before they close anything new.

Construction, environmental, or compliance background is a plus — NOT required. We'll teach you stormwater. We can't teach you presence.
