Cincinnati Area Dealership – Automotive Office Manager

Our Cincinnati Area Dealership is currently seeking an experienced Office Manager with strong accounting experience to join our team. 2+ years of Dealership Office Manager experience OR 2+ years of Automotive Accounting experience. This is the perfect opportunity for an experienced automotive accounting professional who wants to push their career to the next level. Qualified candidates must have a focus on communication and customer relations. We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional customer service while maintaining a strong reputation in the community. We are looking for a motivated professional who wants to grow with a respected and established automotive dealership.

Responsibilities:

Oversee all dealership accounting operations including:

 General ledger

 Accounts payable & receivable

 Payroll

 Bank reconciliations

 Financial statement preparation

Prepare monthly financial reports and manufacturer reports accurately and on time
Monitor cash flow, expenses, and departmental performance
Ensure compliance with dealership policies, accounting standards, and state/federal regulations
Manage title work, sales tax reporting, and licensing processes
Supervise and support office personnel and administrative staff
Work closely with dealership leadership to improve operational efficiencies and profitability
Coordinate audits and maintain internal controls
Assist with budgeting and forecasting

Qualifications:

Previous automotive dealership accounting experience preferred
Experience as a Controller, Assistant Controller, or Office Manager preferred
Strong understanding of dealership financial statements and accounting procedures
Knowledge of CDK, Reynolds & Reynolds, or similar DMS systems preferred
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
Proficient in Microsoft Office and accounting software

Pay: $75,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
