The Opportunity
BrandRank.AI is seeking an experienced, highly organized, execution-oriented Growth Marketing & Content Manager to help turn the company’s momentum into a repeatable marketing engine.
Reporting directly to the CEO, this person will translate founder insights, customer conversations, research findings, product updates, events, and industry trends into high-quality content, campaigns, website updates, sales collateral, and pipeline-generating assets.
This is a hands-on role for someone who combines strong writing, marketing operations, digital execution, design fluency, HubSpot discipline, and AI-native productivity. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who can move quickly, manage multiple priorities, and help BrandRank build a consistent, credible, and measurable marketing function.

Key ResponsibilitiesGrowth Marketing & Demand Generation
- Develop campaigns that increase awareness, engagement, qualified leads, sales conversations, and measurable pipeline contribution.
- Build lead-generation programs around thought leadership, research, events, webinars, product launches, category reports, and book-launch activity.
- Create gated assets, nurture sequences, and follow-up campaigns that move prospects through the marketing funnel.
- Set up and manage marketing automation workflows in HubSpot, including lists, forms, landing pages, emails, and reporting.
- Plan and execute paid campaigns when appropriate, with clear goals, budgets, creative, targeting, and performance tracking.
- Collaborate closely with Sales to maximize marketing contribution to pipeline generation and deal acceleration.
Website, Blog & Digital Presence
- Own the BrandRank.AI website as the company’s primary marketing and demand generation engine.
- Manage website strategy, messaging, structure, conversion paths, and ongoing optimization.
- Manage and publish the BrandRank.AI blog, ensuring content is current, useful, credible, and aligned to the company’s point of view.
- Keep product pages, proof points, customer stories, offerings, use cases, packages, and positioning current and compelling.
- Ensure BrandRank.AI content is structured, current, and AI-ready so answer engines can accurately understand, cite, and recommend BrandRank.
- Develop and optimize calls-to-action that drive demo requests, newsletter signups, downloads, event registrations, and customer engagement.
Content Strategy & Execution
- Own BrandRank.AI’s editorial strategy and content calendar across blogs, newsletters, research reports, webinars, customer stories, presentations, videos, social media, and executive narratives.
- Turn CEO and founder ideas, client conversations, research insights, product updates, and market observations into polished, publishable marketing assets.
- Create and repurpose blogs, LinkedIn posts, newsletters, reports, landing pages, sales narratives, event follow-ups, webinar concepts, campaign copy, and presentation materials.
- Build campaigns around major thought-leadership moments, including book launch activity, speaking engagements, research releases, webinars, media opportunities, and industry events.
- Own practical design execution for marketing assets, including email, website modules, demo videos, social graphics, event materials, and sales collateral.
- Use AI tools to accelerate research, writing, content repurposing, message testing, design iteration, campaign planning, workflow automation, and sales collateral development.
Sales Enablement & Vertical Marketing
- Develop presentations, one-pagers, case studies, customer stories, follow-up materials, and sales collateral tied to target personas and sales playbooks.
- Package BrandRank.AI research, customer learnings, benchmarks, dashboard insights, and prompt studies into proof points, sales narratives, and executive-ready materials.
- Help create vertical-specific narratives for priority categories such as consumer health, beauty, food and beverage, retail, nonprofit, travel, sports sponsorship, and trusted institutions.
- Support outbound and inbound marketing with sharp messaging, credible proof, and vertical-specific materials.
- Plan and support events, tradeshows, webinars, speaking engagements, and post-event follow-up.
- Ensure Marketing and Sales remain tightly aligned on messaging, campaigns, customer proof, and priority targets.
Marketing Operations & Coordination
- Maintain the marketing calendar, campaign roadmap, editorial calendar, and launch schedule.
- Coordinate projects across leadership, product, sales, customer success, and external partners.
- Manage BrandRank.AI’s presence on third-party platforms such as LinkedIn and G2, ensuring profiles, proof points, and positioning stay current.
- Maintain consistent messaging across the website, presentations, collateral, social media, newsletters, customer communications, and sales materials.
- Build simple, repeatable workflows that improve consistency, speed, quality, and scalability.
- Create operating rhythms for content intake, review, approval, publishing, campaign execution, and reporting.
- Manage multiple initiatives simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-moving startup environment.
Measurement & Optimization
- Track website traffic, conversions, content engagement, lead generation, campaign performance, and marketing contribution to pipeline.
- Monitor website effectiveness as a growth engine and recommend improvements to structure, messaging, content, and conversion paths.
- Measure AI search visibility, AI citations, answer accuracy, and opportunities to improve discoverability.
- Use HubSpot and other analytics tools to report on what is working, what is not, and what should change.
- Use data to optimize campaign performance, website conversion, and content impact.
QualificationsRequired
- 4–8 years of experience in growth marketing, content marketing, demand generation, B2B marketing, communications, or a related role.
- Excellent writing, editing, and messaging skills, with the ability to turn complex ideas into clear, compelling content.
- Hands-on experience owning websites, blogs, landing pages, content calendars, campaigns, and digital marketing initiatives.
- HubSpot or similar CRM/marketing automation experience, including workflows, email campaigns, forms, landing pages, lists, and reporting.
- Proven ability to turn content, events, webinars, and lead-nurture programs into sales conversations and pipeline support.
- Strong startup operating discipline: organized, deadline-oriented, able to manage multiple priorities and work directly with founders and senior leaders.
- Strong editorial judgment, business discretion, and integrity around AI, search, and content practices, with a commitment to earning trust rather than gaming systems.
- Practical fluency with AI tools and lightweight design platforms to accelerate research, writing, repurposing, message testing, and polished marketing asset creation.
Preferred
- Experience in B2B SaaS, AI, analytics, MarTech, brand strategy, consulting, or technology startups.
- Familiarity with WordPress, Webflow, HubSpot CMS, or modern CMS platforms.
- Understanding of SEO, AI search behavior, AI-ready content, structured content, and digital content optimization.
- Experience creating sales enablement, case studies, pitch decks, customer stories, research campaigns, webinars, events, or multimedia content.

About the CEO
This role reports to Pete Blackshaw, Co-Founder and CEO of BrandRank.AI. Pete helps top global brands measure, protect, and grow trust in AI search. He previously led global digital strategy at Nestlé in Switzerland, served as CEO of Cintrifuse, and was CMO of NM Incite, a Nielsen–McKinsey company. His career began at Procter & Gamble, where he co-founded the company’s first Interactive Marketing team. He later founded PlanetFeedback.com, which was acquired by Nielsen.
Pete has chaired the National Association of Better Business Bureaus, co-founded the Word of Mouth Marketing Association, received an ARF Great Minds Award, and served on two Cannes Lions juries. His first book, Satisfied Customers Tell Three Friends, Angry Customers Tell 3,000, examined how the internet shifted power from brands to consumers. His forthcoming Wiley Business book, The Answer Economy, explores how AI agents will shape the future of brand discovery and decision-making.
