POSITION WILL BE ONSITE FOR FIRST 3 MONTHS, THEN ROLE WILL MOVE TO HYBRID SCHEDULE.

Job Responsibilities:

Provide excellent customer service and support to our customers
Maintain accurate documentation of your work
Comply with Federal Mandated laws on fair treatment of debtors and documentation of calls.
Achieve assigned monthly collection goals
Negotiate payment arrangements with customers by exceeding daily phone calls standard of 150+Calls/Day. Don't worry we use an automated dialer!

Requirements to work for GRC:

Required Education: High School Diploma/GED Education
Trustworthy: Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Technical Abilities: Ability to perform data entry using multiple computer databases. Comfortable using Microsoft Excel
Driven to want to achieve personal goals and create a career for yourself
