Full Job Description

Responsibilities

Uphold the mission and core values of ALLOY Personal Training
View all scheduled staff meetings via YouTube or in person.
Wear Alloy uniform during all training shifts.
Arrive 30 minutes before your scheduled shift.
Clock in and clock out using Jibble software.
Cue up appropriate daily workout on TV.
Set up equipment needed for daily workout.
Load all client information in Alloy app for all small group training sessions on your schedule before the shift begins.
Review the client information for restrictions, injuries, & goals. Be able to regress and progress each workout to the individual needs of each client.
Apply the ALLOY workouts to the clients appropriately as prescribed by the Director of Training and regressions as need in training notes.
Implement all corrective exercises, restrictions and any special communication around injuries with the Director of Personal Training.
Promote the messages of the week during ALL coached sessions.
Record all appropriate notes regarding each client and their visit in their notes inside Trainerize as things change with goals, weights, & injuries.
Remain on the training floor during your shift. If there are no clients on your schedule, tidy up, answer OPS questions from other members, study next group of clients, ask questions about regressions to management, ect.
Check-out all clients in MindBody software
Follow-up with all no-shows by calling and texting each one.
At the end of the morning and evening shifts, complete the tasks listed on the closing checklist.
Be excited to see clients everyday and create a fun professional environment they want to come back to.

Qualifications

Previous experience as a personal trainer or in other related fields of at least 1 year: MANDITORY
Ability to coach all fitness levels
Passion for health and fitness
Ability to build rapport with clients
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Ability to maintain high energy and positive attitude for multiple sessions in a shift
CPR/AED/First Aid certification

Available Shifts

Morning Shift 5:30am or 6am to 12 or 12:30am
(Different start times for each location)
Evening Shift 4pm to 8:30pm
(Eventing shifts are the same at each location)
Saturday 7am to 12 noon: Required at least 1 per month
Team meeting via YouTube videos created by management 30-60 min paid time. Required
All teammates are welcomed and encouraged to come to monthly member appreciation outings and walk/jog/runs associated with each gym or through events held in both Mason and West Chester areas.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10.0 – 30.0 per week
