Company Description

Since founded in 1904, Union Savings Bank has been serving the local community by promoting responsible home ownership through prudent lending. We are headquartered in Cincinnati, Ohio, where we began, and currently operate 40 full-service branches and lending offices in Ohio, Indiana, Kentucky, and Pennsylvania.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Handle a large volume of inbound calls in a timely manner pertaining to the customer mortgage escrow account.
Identify customer needs, research issues, resolve complaints, and provide solutions
Build positive relationships by going above and beyond with customer service
Provide accurate and relevant information to customers about their escrow accounts.
Handle misc. job tasks when there is a day of low call volumes.

Education and Experience

High school diploma or equivalent, required
Prefer 1 to 2 years of related experience in mortgage loan servicing with direct experience in escrow servicing, preferred
Strong Verbal and Written Communication Skills
Strong organizational skills that include the ability manage multiple tasks, set priorities and meet deadlines, required
Experience working in a fast paced, team environment, required
Experience working both independently and as a team player, required
Knowledge of PC’s and intermediate / advanced skills in Word, Excel and Outlook, office programs
Ability to communicate professionally with clients and coworkers in a timely manner
Positive attitude
Desire to be part of a fun and growing team.
