We're looking for a polished, compassionate, and highly organized professional to join our team as a Luxury Client Coordinator. If you thrive in a fast-paced, high-end environment, love aesthetics, and enjoy making people feel beautiful and confident, we'd love to meet you.

What You'll Do:

Luxury Client Experience Responsibilities

Deliver a warm, five-star welcome to every client.
Coordinate appointments and provider schedules.
Answer phones, text messages, and client inquiries professionally.
Process payments, memberships, and retail purchases.
Educate clients on skincare, memberships, and treatment recommendations.
Help create an elevated, luxury experience that exceeds expectations.

Who You Are

Professional, polished, and dependable.
Passionate about skincare, wellness, and aesthetics.
An excellent communicator with a positive attitude.
Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
A team player who enjoys helping others succeed.
Comfortable multitasking in a busy luxury environment.

Qualifications

Experience in a medspa, dermatology, plastic surgery, cosmetic dentistry, medical office, or luxury hospitality is highly desirable.
Excellent customer service and computer skills.
Full-time availability with Saturdays required.
