Full Job Description

Clackamas Implant & Oral Surgery Center is growing, and we're looking to add two full-time team members to our front office. We are currently hiring for a Treatment Coordinator and a Financial Coordinator, and we're seeking compassionate, motivated, and detail-oriented professionals who are passionate about providing exceptional patient care.

Our practice specializes in comprehensive oral surgery while providing compassionate, patient-centered care. We believe in educating our patients, supporting one another as a team, and creating an environment where both our patients and employees can thrive.

Whether your strengths are in guiding patients through treatment or managing insurance and financial coordination, we'd love to hear from you.

Position Details

Full-time, on-site
Four 10-hour shifts (rotating Monday–Thursday and Tuesday–Friday)
Starting at $25/hour DOE
Flexible start date

Treatment Coordinator Responsibilities

Educate patients about treatment options and procedures
Present comprehensive treatment plans with clarity and empathy
Discuss financial arrangements and payment options
Coordinate care with referring offices
Create a seamless, supportive patient experience from consultation through treatment

Financial Coordinator Responsibilities

Work aging insurance claims and claim denials
Assist with insurance verification for urgent patients
Answer patient billing and insurance questions
Present treatment estimates when Treatment Coordinators are unavailable
Support the financial and administrative functions of the practice

Qualifications

Minimum one year of dental industry experience
High school diploma or GED
Experience as a Treatment Coordinator, Financial Coordinator, or in a patient-facing dental administrative role
Strong communication and customer service skills
Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
Professional, dependable, and compassionate
Working knowledge of dental procedures and terminology

Preferred Qualifications

Oral surgery experience
Dental insurance and benefits coordination experience
