Overview
Wyatt Johnson Subaru is a fast-growing, customer-focused automotive dealership committed to providing exceptional service and a seamless car-buying experience. We take pride in our strong team culture, integrity, and dedication to exceeding customer expectations.

We are currently seeking an Experienced Automotive Finance Manager to join our team and help drive customer satisfaction, profitability, and compliance in all finance operations

Responsibilities

Manage the dealership’s finance and insurance (F&I) operations with a focus on customer service and profitability.
Secure financing and insurance programs for customers while ensuring compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations.
Present financial products (extended warranties, protection packages, GAP, etc.) in a transparent, ethical, and customer-friendly manner.
Work closely with the sales team to structure deals that are both profitable and customer-focused.
Maintain strong relationships with banks, credit unions, and other lending partners.
Ensure accurate and complete paperwork to avoid funding delays or compliance issues.
Monitor and achieve F&I department goals related to sales, revenue, and customer satisfaction.
Train and mentor sales staff on compliance, deal structure, and product presentation.

Qualifications
Candidates should have a proven track record in the following areas:

Proven experience (2+ years) as an Automotive Finance Manager in a dealership setting.
Strong knowledge of finance and insurance products, lending practices, and compliance regulations.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
High level of integrity, professionalism, and customer service focus.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in paperwork and deal structuring.
Proficiency with dealership management systems (DMS) and finance software such as CDK.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
