What You’ll Do

Deliver accurate, detailed, and timely estimates for landscaping, irrigation, and construction projects.
Review bid invitations, site visits, and project specifications with precision.
Negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors to secure best-value pricing and timely delivery.
Build comprehensive job packages with materials, drawings, estimates, production rates, and schedules.
Partner with sales and operations to ensure estimates transition smoothly to execution.
Balance competing priorities, shifting deadlines, and changing project goals while maintaining accuracy.
Bring forward creative, value-engineering ideas that strengthen Munie’s competitive position.

Who You Are

3–5 years of experience estimating commercial landscaping projects required.
Degree in Landscape Architecture, Construction Management, or similar preferred (or equivalent experience).
Valid driver’s license required; OSHA 10 and Spanish language skills a plus.
