Windmoor Healthcare is seeking a dynamic and talented Business Development Specialist to join our team! We are located in beautiful Clearwater Florida and we are a comprehensive behavioral health care facility with 144 beds that provides a wide range of inpatient and partial hospitalization programs and services. Our facility has been providing adult patients intensive treatment of dual diagnosis issues and the comprehensive approach is highly individualized, designed to guide patients and their families through the process of intervention, assessment and treatment.

The Business Development will be responsible for developing new strategic alliances with key customers, promoting the patient care program for referral source identification and development; will develop community relations.

Responsibilities and Duties

Key Responsibilities include:

Analyze and understand customers’ business strategy, future product plans, expansion activities and align healthcare resources.
Responsible for managed care contracts.
Must be current with the managed care environment in the local business community.

Qualifications and Skills

Position Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree
Three (3) years acute/behavioral healthcare experience in business development/sales
Proven closing skills, motivation for sales, prospecting skills, sales planning, selling to customer needs, territory management, market knowledge, presentation skills
Must have and maintain a valid State of Florida Driver’s License
