Pay: $80,000 - $150,000+ per year

Location: In-person (Cleburne, TX)

What You'll Do

This is not retail sales.

This is not sitting on a lot waiting for customers.

You'll spend your day:

Managing a steady flow of inbound internet and phone leads
Building trust quickly over the phone
Learning each customer's needs
Matching customers with the right RV
Explaining financing options
Following up relentlessly until the customer buys—or tells you no
Building relationships that generate referrals and repeat business
Becoming an expert on our inventory and financing programs

Over 90% of our business is conducted remotely.

Your office is your battlefield.

Your phone is your primary tool.

Requirements

2+ years of phone or inside sales experience preferred
Call center sales experience strongly preferred
Proven record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
Excellent verbal communication skills
Strong computer skills
Ability to multitask while speaking with customers
Coachable attitude
Strong work ethic
High level of personal accountability
Ability to work full-time on-site in Cleburne, Texas

RV knowledge is helpful but can be taught.

Sales ability cannot.
