Help Build the Next Stage of a Rapidly Growing Company
Halstead Residential is a fast-growing real estate investment and operating company based in Cleveland, Ohio.
Our business has approximately doubled in size each year, and we intend to continue growing aggressively. As the company expands, we are looking for a Management Consultant who can work directly with ownership to identify problems, improve performance, build scalable systems, and lead important initiatives across the organization.
This is not a traditional external consulting role. You will not rotate between clients or spend your time preparing recommendations that others are expected to implement.
You will work inside the business, develop a deep understanding of how it operates, and help turn ideas into measurable results.
This is an opportunity for someone who wants exposure to company-wide decisions, direct access to ownership, significant responsibility, and the ability to see the impact of their work.
Position Overview
The Management Consultant will serve as an internal problem solver, project leader, and strategic resource to ownership.
This individual will analyze operating performance, identify breakdowns, develop practical recommendations, and help implement solutions across areas such as operations, staffing, process design, customer experience, vendor management, financial controls, technology, and organizational structure.
The role requires someone who can move comfortably between analysis and execution.
You should be able to examine a problem, organize incomplete information, identify the root cause, communicate a clear recommendation, and help ensure that the solution is successfully implemented.
Although Halstead Residential operates multifamily properties, direct real estate experience is not required.
We are interested in candidates with experience in:

- Present findings clearly, directly, and without unnecessary complexity.
Lead Strategic Projects
- Manage high-priority initiatives from initial analysis through implementation.
- Establish project goals, timelines, owners, milestones, and success measures.
