Executive Coordinator to the CEO

About Ryze

Ryze is a fast-growing direct sales company built on one simple belief: people come first.

We are looking for an organized, proactive, and creative professional to work directly alongside our CEO. This is not a traditional Executive Assistant position. While organization and scheduling are important, this role also includes project coordination, AI-assisted research, presentation design, marketing support, and helping the CEO stay focused on the highest-value work.

About the Role

As the Executive Coordinator to the CEO, you will serve as the CEO's right hand, helping manage priorities, prepare for meetings, coordinate projects, and create professional presentations and marketing materials.

No two days will look exactly the same. One morning you may be preparing leadership materials for a company meeting. That afternoon you may be organizing projects, creating a presentation, researching a new initiative, or helping streamline company processes.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, takes ownership, and is energized by making a meaningful impact.

Responsibilities

Manage the CEO's calendar, schedule, and priorities.
Prepare meeting agendas, notes, and follow-up action items.
Use tools to research topics, prepare meeting briefs, organize ideas, and assist with content creation.
Create professional PowerPoint presentations and leadership materials.
Design marketing graphics using design software.
Assist with internal communications, presentations, and company announcements.
Coordinate projects across departments and help ensure deadlines stay on track.
Organize information, documents, and company resources for quick access.
Conduct research and gather information to support strategic decisions.
Help improve workflows and identify opportunities for greater efficiency.
Maintain confidentiality while working with sensitive company information.
Support company meetings, trainings, leadership events, and special projects.

Qualifications

We're looking for someone who is:

Exceptionally organized and detail oriented.
Highly dependable and proactive.
An excellent communicator, both written and verbal.
Comfortable learning and using new technology.
Experienced with Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint.
Skilled in Canva, Adobe Express, or similar design software.
Comfortable using AI tools such as ChatGPT.
Able to manage multiple priorities while remaining calm under pressure.
Professional, positive, and adaptable.
A strong problem solver who brings solutions instead of waiting for direction.

Preferred Experience

Executive Assistant or Executive Coordinator experience.
Project coordination or project management experience.
Marketing, communications, or business experience.
Experience creating presentations and marketing materials.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
