Sales Professional – Insurance & Financial Services

Location: Middleburg Heights, Ohio

Compensation:

Base Salary: $48,000/year

PLUS monthly commissions and bonuses

Typical monthly incentive opportunity:

Developing Producer: $500–$1,200/month
Successful Producer: $1,500–$2,500/month
Top Producer: $3,000–$3,500+ per month

This creates realistic total annual compensation of approximately $60,000–$90,000+, depending on production.

What Your Day Looks Like:

You will receive a consistent flow of internet leads and sales opportunities.

You'll contact prospects quickly, quote their insurance, follow up consistently and close business.

But we don't want our representatives simply selling an auto policy and moving on.

We expect you to learn about the customer, identify additional needs and build the relationship across multiple product lines.

A successful conversation may begin with:

“I need an auto insurance quote.”

And eventually develop into:

Auto + Home + Life + Disability Income + Retirement/Financial Services

That's how we create better customer relationships—and how our best producers build significant incomes.

What We Offer:

Base salary of $48,000 per year.

Previous insurance or sales experience is helpful, but attitude, work ethic and sales ability matter more.

Maintain disciplined follow-up
Generate strong quote activity
Close Property & Casualty business
Identify Life and Disability Income opportunities
Cross-sell existing and new customers
Schedule financial/retirement conversations when appropriate
Build a pipeline rather than relying solely on today's leads
