Talent Lifecycle Specialist

Are you passionate about connecting great people with meaningful careers while ensuring an exceptional and compliant hiring experience? We are seeking a Talent Lifecycle Specialist to join our People & Culture team.

In this dynamic role, you will manage the full talent lifecycle from recruitment through onboarding and compliance. You will play a key role in attracting top talent, conducting pre-employment screenings, maintaining employee records, and ensuring regulatory compliance. What You'll Do

Talent Acquisition & Recruitment

Own the full-cycle recruitment process for assigned positions from sourcing through offer acceptance.
Partner with hiring managers to identify, attract, and hire top talent.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Represent the organization at career fairs, hiring events, and community outreach activities.
Track and maintain recruitment metrics to support reporting and continuous improvement initiatives.
Support special recruitment projects and workforce planning efforts.

Talent Lifecycle & Compliance

Coordinate and complete reference checks, background screenings, fingerprinting, and other pre-employment verifications.
Review screening results and identify potential discrepancies, risks, or missing documentation.
Maintain electronic employee files and ensure records are complete, accurate, and compliant.
Conduct routine audits of employee records to support regulatory and accreditation requirements.
Assist with onboarding and employment-related documentation processes.
Support compliance efforts related to licensing, credentialing, and regulatory standards.

What You'll Bring

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of three years of high-volume recruitment experience, preferably within healthcare or human services.
Experience managing full-cycle recruitment and using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
Strong understanding of HR practices, employment processes, and candidate lifecycle management.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other workplace technology.
Valid driver's license and insurable driving record.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience supporting organizations serving individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, autism, behavioral health, or complex healthcare needs.
Experience with SACWIS, BCI/FBI background checks, licensing verification systems, or other state and federal compliance databases.
Ability to interpret background screening results and assess potential compliance concerns.
SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or other HR certification.
