Full Job Description

Own the full financial backbone of two established Chattanooga companies — a premier medical aesthetics practice and a high-end salon group — plus two small real-estate LLCs. This is a role of trust for an experienced operator who wants autonomy and room to grow.

What you'll own

Revive Aesthetics (full scope):

Full-cycle bookkeeping, GL, month-end close
payroll tax filings (941s, W-2s)(we will handle payroll)
1099-NEC issuance / W-9 collection for contractors
Bank & credit card reconciliation
Accounts payable + vendor PO tracking
Sales tax and business personal property tax filings
Monthly P&L and reporting
Inventory monitoring
Internal controls / loss prevention (vendor rewards-point audits, register/payment-key monitoring)
CRM reconciliation

Hair Benders Internationalé (full books — no POs, no inventory):

Full-cycle bookkeeping across two locations
Payroll tax filings for a 65-person W-2 team(we will handle payroll)
Reconciliations, sales tax, personal property tax, monthly P&L
(Purchasing and inventory handled internally by HBI)

Two affiliated real estate LLCs (low volume):

Bank/credit card reconciliation, a few hours a month

What we need

8–10+ years full-charge bookkeeping or accounting-management experience, multi-entity preferred
Fluent in payroll tax, sales tax, and 1099/W-9 workflows
Owns month-end close and clean P&Ls independently across multiple sets of books
Strong with accounting software and CRMs
Discreet, trustworthy, detail-obsessed
Nice to have: healthcare, salon/service, retail, or property-management experience; accounting degree (equivalent experience considered)

Have you personally prepared and filed sales tax returns?
