Automotive Sales Consultant / Product Specialist (No Experience Required)

No automotive sales experience? No problem.

We provide paid training and welcome candidates from retail, hospitality, customer service, wireless sales, furniture sales, real estate, insurance sales, business development, and other customer-facing or commission-based backgrounds.

Responsibilities

Assist customers in purchasing or leasing new and pre-owned vehicles
Learn customer needs and recommend vehicles that fit their lifestyle and budget
Demonstrate vehicle features, technology, and safety systems
Conduct vehicle walkarounds and test drives
Build relationships with customers and provide exceptional service
Follow up with leads, previous customers, and referrals
Maintain accurate customer information in the CRM system
Work closely with management and the finance department to complete vehicle transactions
Deliver sold vehicles and provide customers with a complete vehicle orientation
Meet and exceed sales and customer satisfaction goals
