Full Job Description

Therapeutics is an innovative opioid recovery treatment facility that utilizes multiple platforms to enable our clients to live happy, stable lives and return to being productive members of their communities. Certified by state, federal, and national regulatory bodies, Therapeutics employs licensed, credentialed professionals with the commitment to help clients achieve recovery through the use of medical, psychosocial and support services. We are seeking team members who share the same commitment and are fulfilled by being a part of the solution to a national epidemic.

We are looking to hire a strategic clinical supervisor to optimize treatments for our clients. The clinical supervisor will have regular, structured meetings with staff to discuss treatments and professional issues. The clinical supervisor will guide practitioners to assess clients’ mental, emotional and physical health, develop suitable treatments, and make referrals. You will participate in the selection, training, evaluation, discipline, and motivation of staff. You will ensure the quality of clinical documentation at all times.

The person in this position should be willing to engage with clients between five and eight hours per week in order to address challenging issues and assess clinical effectiveness. This individual should embrace technology – analytics and artificial intelligence, and be willing to implement tools that improve the effectiveness of clinical engagement.

To be successful in this role you need to display strong leadership and make prudent decisions to maintain practitioners who can adequately fulfill clients’ treatment needs. Top candidates will be organized, knowledgeable and excellent communicators. Familiar with techniques to ensure clinical engagement targets are met across the counseling organization. Individual should be adept at providing feedback to clinical staff and providing corrective feedback to ensure compliance with clinical standards and engagement targets.

Clinical Supervisor Responsibilities:

Having regular meetings with the , department heads, and practitioners.
Overseeing and reviewing practitioners' work procedures.
Counseling, motivating, and disciplining practitioners, and referring advanced issues to upper management.
Conducting performance reviews.
Ensuring practitioners comply with licensure and registration requirements.
Ensuring compliance, accuracy, and quality of clinical documentation.
Assisting practitioners by supervising complex cases. plans
Enhancing operations by ensuring sufficient staffing and adequate access to services.
Developing programs and ensuring compliance with procedures and policies.
Balancing Case Loads
Auditing Case Notes

Clinical Supervisor Requirements:

Appropriate licensure.
Comprehensive understanding of clinical modulities most effective in the treatment of SUD
5+ years of supervisory experience in a similar role.
Proficient with MS Office Word and Excel.
Proficient with supervision, service delivery, and case management fundamentals.
Proficient knowledge of applicable laws.
Strong people skills.
Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.
