With this single mission in mind, RE.VOLVS offers a vast collection of offerings from antique & vintage, mid-century modern, to current day materials at a fraction of the cost of purchasing new. By offering these items to the public, we are able to support our mission of landfill diversion and further assist those in need with in the communities we serve.

About The Opportunity
Job Description:
Are you looking for an exciting opportunity to make an impact and be a part of something truly special? Well, we have just the opportunity for you! RE.VOLVS is currently seeking a Warehouse & Logistics Associate to join our rapidly growing Company.
As the Warehouse & Logistics Associate, you will play a pivotal role in the efficient operations of our warehouse and donation pick-up process by handling your assigned tasks with care and precision.
Your primary responsibilities will include unloading trucks from containing donated materials, organizing and storing materials, and as required assisting our valued customers with loading of purchased items. In addition, this role will function as a part-time, non-CDL driver to pick-up item donations at various locations.
Other Responsibilities Include:
· Support the donation pick-up process by driving a Company supplied vehicle to donor destinations (estimated 2 to 3 days per week).
· Safely and efficiently unload trucks carrying donated materials.
· Handle materials with care, ensuring they are not damaged during transport & unloading.
· Organize and store materials in their respective warehouse locations for easy retrieval.
· Keep the warehouse well-organized and maintain a tidy workspace.
· Prepare and load customers' purchased items into their vehicles, ensuring safe and secure handling.
· Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth warehouse operations.
· Comply with safety guidelines and policies at all times to prevent accidents and injuries.
· Maintain a detailed electronic log of working hours.
· When driving, obey and follow applicable traffic laws.
· Perform pre-and post-trip vehicle inspections reporting any issues to Management.
· Ensure any mechanical issues with the vehicle are corrected before driving.
· Report defects, accidents, and violations as they occur.
· Perform regular basic maintenance of trucks (refueling, cleaning, etc.).
· As needed, Driver may be required to assist in loading / unloading donated items.
· Interact with crew members and others in a professional manner.
· Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth warehouse operations.
· Comply with state and federal rules and regulations.
· Comply with safety guidelines and protocols at all times to prevent accidents and injuries.
Here Are a Few Things Which Are Important to Us:
· 3-5 years of experience working in a warehouse environment plus prior driving experience, OTR or regional driving experience a plus!
· Punctuality and reliability are essential and are not an option.
· Current Wisconsin drivers license and clean driving record required. Class A CDL license and DOT certification desired.
· Fork lift experience desired, certification is a plus!
· Ability to perform well in a team environment.
· Self-motivator and must be flexible to accommodate Company and customer needs.
· Ability to lift heavy materials with care – we move some REALLY big things around here!
· Ability to pass a pre-employment drug and alcohol test with as-needed testing ongoing.
· Detail-oriented and capable of following instructions and policies.
· Strong work ethic and a commitment to excellence.
· Excellent teamwork and communication skills.

Compensation
Our Target Hiring Range for this position is $18.00 to $20.00 per hour in our Waupaca, Wisconsin RE.VOLVS location. Please note that this range is based on work location, experience, and alignment to requirements of the role.
