Full Job Description

Lead. Improve. Deliver.

PB Loader Corporation is seeking an experienced Manufacturing Production Manager to lead our Patcher Manufacturing operation. This is a key leadership position responsible for overseeing the day-to-day performance of the production line while driving safety, quality, productivity, and on-time delivery.

The ideal candidate has a proven track record of running a manufacturing production line, developing high-performing teams, and continuously improving operations. If you're a hands-on leader who enjoys solving problems, building strong teams, and making a measurable impact, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Do

Lead the daily operations of the Patcher Manufacturing production line.
Drive production efficiency while maintaining the highest standards of safety and quality.
Manage production schedules to ensure customer orders are completed on time.
Coach, mentor, and develop production leads and manufacturing employees.
Monitor productivity, staffing, quality, and workflow to maximize operational performance.
Identify production bottlenecks and implement process improvements that improve efficiency and productivity.
Partner with Engineering, Quality, Purchasing, Inventory, and Supply Chain to support manufacturing objectives.
Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, safety, and continuous improvement.
Participate in hiring, employee development, coaching, and performance management.
Ensure products are manufactured to company quality standards and customer specifications.

What We're Looking For Required Qualifications

Proven experience managing a manufacturing production line. Candidates should have direct responsibility for production output, staffing, workflow, and operational performance.
Experience running a production line is required. Candidates without direct production line leadership experience will not be considered.
Five (5) or more years of manufacturing experience.
Three (3) or more years of leadership experience in a manufacturing environment.
Experience leading supervisors, leads, or production teams.
Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a safe, productive work environment.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in heavy equipment, truck equipment manufacturing, fabrication, welding, or a related manufacturing environment.
Experience with Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives.
Experience tracking and improving key performance indicators (KPIs), including productivity, throughput, quality, labor utilization, and on-time delivery.
Experience using ERP or manufacturing software is a plus.
