Full Job Description

Registered Nurse for a 13‑week contract in a cardiac catheterization lab in Fresno, California. Responsible for nursing care during invasive cardiovascular procedures. Earn up to $3,750 per week with premium pay and comprehensive benefits.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive nursing care to cardiac cath lab patients, ensuring procedural safety and patient comfort.

Assist in invasive cardiovascular procedures, including coronary, peripheral, vascular, neuro, and electrophysiology cases.

Monitor patient vital signs, administer conscious and moderate sedation, and manage cardiac drips per protocol.

Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members, including techs and physicians, to coordinate efficient case flow and patient care.

Maintain accurate documentation of procedures, patient responses, and medication administration in Cerner charting system.

Qualifications:

Valid RN license in California.
ARRT certification.
BLS certification.
Fluoroscopy certification.
Minimum 2 years of recent cath lab experience.
Ability to work 12‑hour days.
Strong procedural and airway management skills.
Comfortable with conscious sedation and cardiac drips.
Flexible scheduling for call rotations.
Physical ability to stand for extended periods.
